That's not all you have. You also installed various repositories and add-ons on your setup which are on Kodi's list of banned add-ons. As per our and Kodi's forum rules (which you really should read), support will be halted for you until you have cleaned up your Kodi setup from any add-on that facilitate video piracy.
Or, you can find your support elsewhere. Perhaps with your friends where you got the add-ons from in the first place.
I tried to update and said there wasn't enough free space.
It would be nice to know which partition is out of free space.
If you can SSH into Kodi's backdoor, try executing this command: df -h | paste

What does it say on the Graphics page, perhaps you can show a screenshot of that as well.

going from 17.6 to 18.5 should not give you problems in the system partition size the only problem you may have is that the data partition is also full you should check the free space on it and see if enough for storing the update file there in the first place let us know if that is the case thanks
You can find that option in the LibreELEC Settings Add-on. I think it's in the System tab (it's been a while since I used it..), you'll need to scroll down a bit to find the Soft and Hard Reset options.
You can also use the SSH backdoor if you want to connect to your LibreELEC box directly. You will need to enable SSH, either via the Welcome wizard during an install, or, via the on/off switch in the LibreELEC Settings add-on.
There is an option to do a Hard Reset, which will basically remove all current profile and user files.
You can also try to delete the userdata/guisettings.xml file, and restart Kodi.

That sounds like a network problem to me. Also since your Pi's are connected via Wifi, which do not have the most of excellent antennas. Especially for high-bitrate video streaming. Whenever you can install cabled connections, do so.
For database stuff, you could enable the Database component in Kodi's debugging section, and see if you have hiccups there. Also, with the newer Kodi versions come newer Linux kernels. And sometimes hardware drivers are reacting worse/differently for some unknown reason.
Whenever RPi users mention "slow", I don't know what to make of it. Unresponsive is something else, but otherwise... A RPi3 still doesn't have the same horse power as a fullblown PC, and people sometimes may get the wrong impression. A RPi4's CPU is already 25% faster over a RPi3, gigabit and USB3.0 help too of course.
Just, which part or parts are slow? Is everything going in slow motion, or is it only certain sections? From your setup I can tell you're not a beginner. I've used a MySQL database from the beginnings of XBMC Dharma onwards, and it has never been a part that creates slowness.
One thing perhaps is the Aeon Nox Skin that has been installed. It's "heavier" than the default Estuary skin, and could be some sort of roadblock.

Not that I'm aware of. Also, "The whole system" being slow is a kind of difficult to grasp.
Why not try a new setup with LibreELEC only, without PINN on a different Class10 or better SDcard. And no add-ons installed, just a couple of videos on the SDcard as well, and/or via a network connection. I'd like to hear where the whole slowness comes from.

The 1st log didn't show anything obvious to me.
Very low performance on menus, lagging and freezing of the screen whenever there was a fast switch of pages. Fast selecting through the library leads to a system crash, LibreELEC just reboots.
Something must be borking your Kodi experience. Perhaps PINN is acting up.
Provide the full Kodi log file anyway, via pastebin, as we have no crystal ball here.
There is no Chromecast-type support in Kodi, as Kodi is an open-source solution, and Chromecast has proprietary software from Google onboard.
We prefer to have full log files with debugging enabled.

My current average Kodi folder is some 3GB, including the thumbs cache folder which is the biggest part.
Since you are also using a NAS, things should be roughly the same unless you have a pretty big media collection.
So 4GB and upwards is fine.
No. The system partition on OpenELEC setups has become too small for the current LibreELEC setup.
A Class-4 SDcard for absolute minimum, a Class-10 for comfort. For better read and write speeds, use a SSD via a USB3.0/SATA for booting and running LibreELEC.
