We have no official gaming support, but the community has gaming builds here and there.
    For example, LibreELEC

    When will Libreelec v8 released?

LibreELEC will follow the planning of Kodi, during which the first beta 1 has recently been released. To really know the release date of the final version will require a perfectly working crystal ball.

PS: thank you for your kind donation.

"Cannot install any skins" Seems there is something basically wrong with your current setup.

Make necessary backups, and do a fresh install of LibreELEC. Do not install any of your normal 'fuzzy' addons, only install the Aeon NOX skin. If that goes wrong, come back here with a debug-enabled kodi.log uploaded to sprunge.us or pastebin.com .

HDMI-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
    VGA-0 connected 1280x1024+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 338mm x 270mm

HDMI is to be connected, not VGA.
Whether you get a display or not.

I assume you know it's best to turn on your TV first, and then start up your E350 box?

For starters, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:
    - The Asrock E350M1 is not the newest piece of machinery anymore
    - AMD graphics have a history of 'ups & downs' in video driver support
    - Sometimes HDMI cables can get (micro)fractures rendering video and/or audio not working.

Try connecting your TV directly to your E350-box with HDMI ( and bypass any AVR receiver), and start LibreELEC.
See if you can log in via SSH. If so, give us the results of the following command(s):

    Code
    xrandr | pastebinit
    dmesg | pastebinit
    pastebinit ~/.kodi/temp/kodi.log

It might be a simple case that (full) Nvidia GTX10xx support is not yet available in Linux. I'm having a GTX950 in my office PC, and even that is still not up to par.

Try taking out the GTX1060 (for testing purposes), and have LibreELEC run on the internal Intel HD Graphics 530.

IMO, a GTX1060 for LibreELEC only is a bit overkill. Other than that, Nvidia/AMD/Intel support for Linux in general is looking a bit stale lately.

Just wondering... Any chance you can get a refund for that GTX1060?

OE and LE don't differ on policies for videos and libraries. If Kodi asks to remove items, than apparently the source is no longer valid. Something has changed in the settings or network or otherworks. Since Kodi stores the full network path (including file protocol) for each video, something is easily altered.

Since I cannot see any hardware details, I'm gonna go with a generic solution. Take out the SD card, and make a copy/backup of the current /storage partition of your SD card. If you are running LE on a PC system, use a bootable stick to copy your storage folders that way.

After that, simply reinstall a fresh copy of LibreELEC, and restore your backupped files where necessary. Finding out what actually went wrong may take too long, and the answer may also not be found at all.

SSH is not enabled by default. It must either be enabled from the welcome wizard, or in the LibreELEC Settings addon.

Not being able to connect to a repository could be an indication of a DNS problem on your part. Check your kodi.log.
(Is the 'wait for network' option enabled?)
