There is also Xonfluence, a modded Confluence skin for Kodi Krypton if you want to go back in time.

There are gazillions of usb wireless devices sold in the world each day. Keeping track of them, buying them AND testing all of them whether they work flawlessly for each version as well would be a monumental financial and physical task on anyone. It's simply impossible.
So no, that's not going to happen.

Try via SSH renaming your guisettings.xml file, and reboot (creating a fresh guisettings.xml file).
Also post your kodi.log file here. -
I'm sure there will be various Cubi 2 boxes, but overall, the Kaby/Apollo Lake hardware is barely out of the factory. Driver support is not yet upto standard for Linux, thus also meaning LibreELEC. Windows drivers will probably be okay, but for example 10bit 4K Hevc video in Linux still needs much development. As soon as the hardware is in possession of the right Kodi developers, things can start moving for LibreELEC as well. The problem is there are simply not enough funds to obtain every different htpc device out there.

Files and folders starting with a .dot are hidden files/folders.
Use "ls -al" if you want to see them properly. -
How about a piece of duct tape?

1) You plug the ethernet cable from the RPi into your router and connect to your local network, or, connect using the wifi stick to your network.
2) Wifi usb sticks *should* work out of the box. If not, the relevant drivers are not available or working badly.
3) Enable the web server inside Kodi in the Services section. Adjust the login to your needs.

Debugging Kodi is about knowing what is going on. That always means the whole log, and not just the part that you are interested in. Errors can start anywhere.

If i use defaults settings I have cuts in acestream channels and online moviesThat is not the kind of support we want to give here. Such channels, repositories or addons are on our blacklist and considered illegal usage.
Support stops here.

LibreELEC is not in the habit of adding support for old(er) devices.
You also didn't bother to mention the buid/version of LE you are using, or what your 'power hungry' even htpc consists of.If you aren't yet using the latest Alpha build of LibreELEC, I don't think this problem will have a very high priority right now.
Alternative: get a simple Raspberry Pi 3 package. You will win back the cost of it within 20 months or so via your electric bill due to its lower power requirements (< 2W average).

Is the Wait for Network option enabled to 30 seconds ?

The system do not do nothingThat is not an acceptable problem description. A double negative -> positive. So basically your system does everything.
The question is, why do you even need to mess around with those settings.
Kodi's default settings are fine for 9/10 situations. -
Have you tried to enable the built-in webserver with the new web interface Chorus2 ?
You will get all your movies and tv shows on-screen in your web browser, and more.Project finished.

Kodi was not made for dual screens. Colors get confused when they need to swap places.

Settings / Media / General .
Also, set the Menu Level to Advanced or Expert.

I'd like to see a full kodi.log with all of that happening.
It sounds like you have a Kodi box with a mind of its own.I know music has random and repeat functions, I haven't seen any options for them yet in Estuary for videos.
The backslash button is disabled by default even in the OpenELEC days, so unless you are using some other skin or your own keymap files, it's weird.

Well, let us grab our magic crystal ball, that should make things easy.
Or maybe you can start with providing us with a kodi.log file.
See for details: HOW TO:Provide Logfile - LibreELEC -
Unless the Samba service is disabled somehow, I'm not sure where to look. Samba is enabled by default. Perhaps there is a firewall in MacOS holding things back?
