Which older version?
Which hardware?
Old wifi?
Some things happened? That sounds all spooky.
The wireless setting to reboot the hardware? That's new one to me.
So many questions...

So it's about downscaling?
That means comparing video quality between two or more different TVs. It will probably differ all the time, because of different screen panels, different image processing, differences in video ripping... Meaning a different outcome for each TV.
If HDD die, I'm not sure what to do. Just like if DVD damage, it's gone. If u have better way to save family pic/video, please share.
Like I said... Make a backup. A simple copy of your files on a 2nd hard disk is a first step to keep your files safe.
1) LibreELEC is designed as a htpc application, not as a cloud storage solution.
I'm just curious: a single 4TB drive with videos/pictures. Do you have a backup somewhere of all those files?
Because I sometimes ask people: what happens if such a single drive suddenly fails?
2) LibreELEC uses two partitions: One 512MB system readonly partition, and one storage partition which is automatically resized to the full size remaining disk size upon the first boot of LibreELEC.
Double check which Nvidia driver is active.
Normally only the newer Nvidia gfx cards have syspend problems.
Your box should default to the legacy video driver.
We recommend text pastebin websites for a reason...
Besides that, your kodi box has been littered with banned addons.
Which means LibreELEC support stops here.
Let's start with a full kodi.log file, with debug enabled.
HOW TO:Provide Logfile - LibreELEC
You can downgrade manually the same way as you upgrade manually, by placing the .tar/.img.gz file in the Update folder and reboot. Depending on how 'far' you downgrade, addons and skins could become problematic. But you can always do a 'hard reset' to create a fresh setup.
It could also be some hardware failure, either on your C2 or on your router/switch/cable. If it were a software (LE) problem, many more users would have complained.
Anything Allwinner and LibreELEC will not happen anytime soon.
Support from Allwinner in terms of drivers and/or documentation is basically non-existent.
Not everything works well via pathsubstitution.
I take it your sources are not changing every 2-3 months.
I'd keep the sources.xml local on each client. It's a one-time copy action, just like the AV.xml file.
AMD GPUs can be a handful. Some simply work, some are outright annoying.
Can you get us a dmesg listing?
( dmesg | pastebinit )
Is this really the best you can do in terms of reporting a bug in the LibreELEC software or one of its add-ons? My inital reaction was to simply delete your post...

It's pretty simple that we use our own password
Login to SSH via: root / libreelec
We don't use "that" password.
Rewind a video fully?
Restart it and select "Start from beginning".
Otherwise, use the cursor-down (not cursor-left) on your remote to take big steps in rewinding.
There doesn't seem to be a Kodi 17 version of the add-on (yet?).
Perhaps you can poke the author a bit to see what is still possible.
