The downloads on the LE website all work fine.
The archive is having some temporary maintenance from time to time. -

Chromium is not designed to autostart, so something about your Kodi box is different.
Get us a full kodi.log, so we may see what is going on. -
Wow, that was quite a big purchase
Doesn't the S805's own network connector work? It's possible that some ultra-cheap hardware is not picked up by the Linux kernel.

The output says that the TV is connected at 1080p.
Is that indeed the case, with LE visible on your TV? -

Just asking the obvious first... Is Kodi's own volume level on the Wetek Play set to 100% already?I'd start with bypassing the Marantz AVR, and see if the difference in audio levels is still there.

And now they just stopped working. So they worked before? What changed and when was that?

Passwords should already not be shown in log files. If that's still the case, please report it via Kodi's bug tracker ( Kodi - TRAC ) with full info and log example.
We do need full logs, not just the bits and pieces that you find interesting. Errors can start at any moment.
Maybe the movie scraper does not understand most German titled movies (I'm just guessing...).

Nothing more plays normally on kodiLet's start there. What type of files are you playing?
And yes, a kodi.log file is always welcome. -
Start with enabling 'Wait for network' at all times in the LibreELEC Settings add-on.

Did you fully select the correct country and city (if necessary) in the International settings?
Switch the Kodi GUI to "Expert' level for full menu options. -

We do not give support to Kodi users who have banned add-ons like exodus
when using some add-on's that search for multiple sources and provide A list of available links to watch (such as Zen or ******), Pi will overheat when on the screen that displays the links to choose. We do not give support to Kodi users who have banned repositories and/or add-ons like 'e_xodus' installed on their Kodi systems.
The mentioning alone already makes that repo already disappear (see your own opening post). So, support stops here.

Editing a guisettings.xml file is one thing, the functionality for using those edits concerning specific TV shows is not (yet?) in Kodi itself. I'd say start with a feature request on the Kodi forum.

An RPI B is simply not powerful of decoding audio via the CPU.
One option: use MKVToolnix to remove the DTS audio stream, so the AC3 stream remains. (You'll need a proper PC to do that.)PS: Doesn't your TV support DTS audio?

Anything in a dmesg listing perhaps?
