You can try add 'ssh' as a boot parameter in the /flash/extlinux.conf file.

how did you get into LE to copy the file?
Always via an SSH connection to LE's backdoor.

The MySQL database is not the problem, it's running fine:
Code04:01:20.414 T:547742544096 NOTICE: Running database version MyMusic60 04:01:20.430 T:547742544096 NOTICE: Running database version MyVideos107
The problem is likely the SMB connection. Recently we made LibreELEC use SMBv2 as default. It's probably your Windows(?) server still using SMBv1.
You can either upgrade your server to use a much more secure SMBv2 connection, or try to make LibreELEC use/accept SMBv1 connections, which can be set in LE's Settings addon.

Here is the important part of the log (had to shorten it due to post limitation):
In general, do no post log snippets which you find interesting, always post FULL (debug enabled) log files. Yes, they can be long due to bugs. In which case it's better to cut out similar error/bug entries rather than leaving out system-info/critical parts.
Also, do not post into the forum itself, use websites like pastebin.com, or paste.ubuntu.com (for longer logs). Thx.

The fact that the whole worldwide 'WannaCry' debacle could access computers via Samba without login credentials is the big reason for the Samba version bump. So, the answer to your question is 'yes'. It's funny that people still think that they can get away with networking without any login/password. But people can be lazy, I know.

The biggest let-down for Nvidia cards in Linux (I also have the gt1030), is the non-support of 10bit video. Only 8bit will be hw-accelerated, upto 8K video.
Under Windows, 8bit and 10bit support are fine.

Update your TheMovieDB add-on, it's on 4.0.2 currently.

No, 8.2.1 is for all supported hardware.
No idea why your device is not updating yet, but the manual option should work. Otherwise, you may have a DNS or other internet issue.

I thought he meant Kodi logos and all.

You use the built-in editors nano or vi. Both handle simple ascii text files as in windows BATch files. (use nano, because vi is for the more experienced Linux user).

Cloning is one way, making a backup via LE's internal Backup&Restore tool, and restoring that backup is another.
Using Win32diskimager for cloning is another.

hi sir,
please told me ,how to change librelec name if i want to add own name
I don't think you mean the hostname in a network, but more the name of the whole application. Am I correct?
If so, you can fork the source code of LibreELEC, make the necessary changes, and compile your own build of OmprakashmannanELEC.

its not make sense...
Kodi in Windows uses Windows paths/ files. LibreELEC is a Linux product. Different beasts altogether.
For one thing, Linux does not use drive letters like Windows does.
If you start copying settings/files from the Kodi windows setup, you're bound to find paths in there, f.e. in sources.xml. How do you have your video source(s) set up? Via SMB, NFS, external USB drives? Since you provided no other info, I'm only guessing here. But it all affects the way Kodi is run.
If there are too many differences, it's much better (and quicker) to simply do a fresh install of LibreELEC and set up your collection again.

Supplying file details is one thing, yet we still prefer to have the kodi.log file, with debugging enabled.
-
The database errors were because I was messing with the database to change a thumbnail
Simple: don't do that!
If you delete system critical files, always reboot first.
-
Warez's for kodi
Warez is a generic term used for illegal software.
I don't think we need to go down that path.
-
If LibreELEC is still stuck at booting, try SSH'ing into it.
Usually the Linux OS is still running.
If it is, the most drastic measure to take is to delete the .kodi folder via typing
rm -rf ~/.kodi
and after that
reboot
you should boot into a clean/new setup, so you can try again to copy the Windows Kodi files.

Start/stop is the preferred setting for the refresh rates.
The other A/V setting is usually off, as the 1st A/V setting takes care of all the syncing.
