Your Kodi setup shows several repositories and add-ons that are banned by Kodi. As per our forum rules, we have a zero-tolerance stance towards video piracy. Needless to say, support stops here.
You either come here with a fully clean Kodi device, or you'll be simply asked to find your support elsewhere.
I can't remember having any problems myself with connecting via SSH to a RPi device with a default LibreELEC install, so I'm not sure what changed on your setups. Is there anything you altered or added that might confuse the SSH handshake?
How about providing a kodi.log via a pastebin website, and perhaps we spot something weird?
We don't want to re-invent the wheel or complicate our own server setup. Imgur is a website that stores images (and gif videos) for a living, so to speak.
The best sequence is to install Windows - Ubuntu - LibreELEC.
Use manually created partition with both Windows and Ubuntu.
Partitions for LibreELEC can be created manually via Gparted in Ubuntu (or Gparted via a Live ISO).

A corrupt SD card can be rewritten. Bit rot is something else and more permanent.
Try a different SD card and do a 24 hour test. LibreELEC for RPi is normally rock stable.
Two things..
- Please do not post logs directly into the forum, use a pastebin website near you and share the URL here.
- Always provide the FULL log file, not the part(s) that you find interesting.

IMO... If you have ethernet problems with DHCP on multiple occasions with several devices, then either your ethernet ports/cables have tiny fractures or your pfsense box is having hardware or software issues.
It's a problem area. I have less BT dropouts when the ethernet network is used.
But it's either a kernel or a driver problem IMO, not so much LibreELEC. For example, bluetooth works just fine on a Wetek Hub run LibreELEC.
I dont have a username and password on my NAS it's public.
A public NAS..? So literally everyone on this planet can access your NAS device? You are a very generous man, but with a very insecure network setup.
But now I have setup my NAS with a username and password and done what you said. But KODI still can't index my movies. If I go into the movie folder, I can see the files, but I can't run them.
Indexing is something else than accessing. If you can access the files by Kodi, then the network connection itself is working. After that, you may have to double-check which user/file rights are active. Read-only, wrong user.. something must be off.

By default, Kodi 18 uses SMBv2 and up (thanks to Microsoft).
Network browsing was disabled, and full credentials (including a password) for preferably a non-admin user is required.

It should be possible. Have you applied all necessary resolutions/fps combo's in the Whitelist option?

If it has a locked bootloader, then no. Otherwise, it's too soon to tell.
