Yes the wetekdvb is not installed.After making modprobe wetekdvb it worked with the hauppauge driver.It doesn't work with CrazyCat.

Tvheadent 9.0.43.637 (4.3.637),service.tvheadend42-9.0.4.113,WeTek_Play-tvheadend42-4.3-693,Odroid_C2-tvheadend42-4.3-693,

Then disable lirc if you enabled it and reboot
