Just tested out the latest millhouse build and I can confirm that this is fixed.
Not working in 8.0.2.
I've seen a few posts from people with the same hardware (Kaby Lake, Intel 620) and various Linux flavours having the exact same issue:
Intel 620 with i915 module loaded:
Is it possible to update the Intel video drivers from within Libreelec without upgrading to a milhouse build? (I've seen a few other posts from laptop users with the same GPU having similar issues)
Thanks for the reply, I don't have a spare M2 SSD at the mo (and my v8.0.0 is perfectly setup apart from the standby issue at the mo so don't want to wreck that).
Will grab a spare M2 SSD this week, clone that install and test a new Milhouse build.
Any help?
Intel 620 GPU, I5-7200U Kaby Lake CPU.

Recently installed v8.0.0 on a Gigabyte BRIX GB-BKI5A-7200.
It enters suspend with no problem and wakes up again by USB but displays no video output. Resume on S5 is enabled in the BIOS (no other options available).

Any help appreciated.
Still happening and reproduced on completely different hardware.
Either Kodi is causing Trakt to timeout or Trakt is timing out and causing Kodi to become slow and unresponsive.
I can still SSH in but this takes an age (screenshot below of trying to reboot via SSH)
Hello guys,I used to be able to use my GPIO IR receiver out-of-the-box.
I don't know what happened but since last Milhouse upgrade, my Rpi2 is receiving multiple commands. The one that bugs me the most is the OK commands which prevents me from starting a movie.
How can I solve this? I tried to create a custom /storage/.config/lircd.conf but it seems that it's not even seing it?
Please help.
Have you tried playing with the ir-keytable --delay and --period settings?
I use ir-keytable --delay 440 --period 60
Test which works best for you, then put the command in an autostart.sh and copy to /storage/.config
Hung again whilst running a Trakt sync, this time with debug enabled within Trakt itself also:

Just re-created by running Trakt again but with extendedinfoscript disabled (after seeing an error with that in the previous log), same thing, hung again.

Finally narrowed this down, ongoing issue with slowdown, then complete freezing/crashing I've had with LibreELEC v7 and v8.
Completely re-scraped my library as I thought that 10 year old nfos were causing issues, turns out it wasn't this.
Fresh install of V8.0.0 on 3x different machines (2x Atom330 and 1x I5 4460), with the same sources and settings, all of which end up slowing down, then freezing completely when running either Trakt or Artwork Downloader. (more frequently with Trakt) - No response to SSH login etc
If I don't run either addon, everything seems stable, multiple hours of viewing and navigating the GUI.
Log below of most recent instance of a lock-up this morning (no crash log). Image of the GUI as it stopped responding.

############## kodi CRASH LOG ############### ################ SYSTEM... - 1b7ac040
Just resumed the one machine, enabled debug, went in and out of two library items and Kodi hung and restarted.

It's not a debug log or a complete log. Clean install or something with OE junk still present?
All three are clean installs (and were stable with the previous OpenELEC install).
I'll grab another log when I get home. I'm suspicious of the Trakt plugin as I think the issues started after adding that but can't see anyone else experiencing issues with it currently.
I've used XBMC/Kodi since 2007 and I've just switched from OpenELEC to LibreELEC but I've been having the same random crashing issue on three separate HTPCs.
Identical hardware (the same model Zotac Atom ION2s with SSDs) and software (LibreELEC, Kodi 16.1 with Aeon Nox 5 and Trakt/Artwork Downloader Plugins).
The crashes happen randomly at Main Menu, in library view, sometimes when just idling and sometimes during a library update. Up until now it's never been during playback of video.
Any ideas?
