The Tv you use does not have CEC,

I want to put an older person, a box with Libreelec for S905 / S905X and as I do not know if it will have use, I'm looking for a cheap one.
The two options I am evaluating are?
Nexbox A95X - S905 - 1GB RAM + 8GB ROM
TX3 PRO - S905X - 1GB RAM + 8GB ROM
Can you recommend between these two or some similar in price?I know it's better wetek for being official, but I'm looking for something economic because I do not know if I would really use it.
