You're right...it's not because the repo is banned that I can't install the addon.
I tried to install other addon and I get the same error message: "Installation failled"
Could you help me to understand what does not work with my config?
Secondly, could you explain me where I can find the Freplay ZIP file and how to install it without using any repo?

How are you trying to install FrePlay? It's possible it's the repo and not the add-on that is banned.Which repo are you using?

Do you know another repo (not banned) which contains FrePlay?
My apologies, We learn from our mistakes 
if I am not mistaken Freplay is not banned (unlike the repo where I find it)
Where can I get and install Freplay or equivalent addon?
