What gui refresh rate use you?
For me, when gui is 50hz, then have I problem's.
At 60 Hz gui no problems.
Maybe over android you have power output to amplifier, and with tvheadend/Libreelec you not turning on this option.
And not forget, the 24P 2 mode exists: 23.976, and 24. Your Beamer support both?

The other problem is that when I play movie recorded at 24 fps the dislay frequency don't change, and stay at 60 fps. No good for me.

Kiplus has the same tuner as KII_Pro.
For me working perfect dvb-t,dvb-s scan, work perfect with android, and libreelec.
24p output work too.
(I suppose, you set up Kodi to switch display output to source)

Enigma based firmware I think never will be perfect.
For Wetek play, after already more than 1.5 years develope no normal working image.

I don't have problem with Kiplus.

I tried with MiniMX, Gb LAN, fast NAS. Latest 3.October 2016 dev firmware
With big (30GB/2hour) movies I don't have problem, movie start caching vq70%, slow reduce to 50%, but stay there, and no problem with playing.
Smaller files (for example 9GB/2hour) start the playing at vq70%, but reducing isn't stop at 50%, it continue to vq0%, and sometimes very small jam noticeable.
i try edit advancedsettings, but no luck

This is the special fork only for those boxes with special rules to build linux.
Linux kernel is fixed and build is dummy. In building images kernel is replaced with kernel from alex build.
There is special rule: You cannot change config of linux build-in modules. Only changes possible in linux are modification of loadable modules and firmware files.

Can you integrate to your build other dvb device drivers from kszaq release?

When someone need use dvb-t and dvb-s together, 2 important things.
-Need enable power save both dvb device
-recommended disable epg and scanning functions

Sometime when read epg, isn't switch to other tuner, and no adapter error message readable

Use Web epg, or epg addon

No!
You can use both tuner, but only one a time.
You must enable power save settings at both tuner (dvb-t and dvb-s)

Then when you watch dvb-s turn on dvb-s tuner. Then stop streaming, and switch to dvb-t, then dvb-s goes to standby, and switch to dvb-t

Do I need find for libreelec,or work the old version?

You should ask from Kszaq the new CEC driver, and the 3rd party DVB-T/DVB-S drivers.

He has implemented it own version:
"Raybuntu's libCEC driver with aml_autoscript hack to make it work with older device trees
DVB and other media drivers from Linux backports - included drivers from 4.4.2 kernel (7.0.2.002 and up)"

For raspberry pi, and x86/64 is PCSC lite service addon, allowing usb smartcard reader for legal encrypted tvchannel reception.

Edit: I tried, Multichannel ok, aspect ratio ok, dvb device i see at tvheaadend panel.

What i miss from this build:
No configurable cec, what is in kszaq build is. (Kszaq's buold at peripherials you can set cec settings, here not. And the CEC is unstable /at Alex's build too/)
No additional DVB device support. Kszaq build has support for many 3rd party usb dvb-t stick, and dvb-s tuner. This build support only dvb device builted in.

For better knowledgebase and separation I make this topic firstly about dvb drivers for KI Plus and KII Pro from videostrong, but here can posting everything about other dvb hardware.
The V4L dvb drivers already integrated by Kszaq to the common libreelec 7.0.2, so if someone has Amlogic S905 device, can connect many dvb-t,dvb-s,dvb-c USB hardware.
