I have no installation. I'm running booting from a pendrive... So, I think Windows doesn't affect..

Hi. I'm running LibreELEC booting from an USB in a laptop. The laptop has Windows 10 installed in the HHD.
When I try to find the HDD in the file manager, I can't see it. Maybe I have to mount it, but I don't know how.
Anyone can help me?
