When I click "wget" it download the file to "update" folder. but next step how to install?

Thanks for your effort! If I upgrade from beta 3 to beta 4 (internal installation) via SSH 'wget http..', what about the dtb.img file that I used to past to external usb card and install version to internal.

I'm running beta3 and I know there is no update for now.
but anyway, I get this error message:

wget: bad address 'lastversion.img.tgz'

you need to put tgz file on update folder or its should download automatically from the server?
