"SMB2 will use too much resources" wins this months "most bogus comment" award :) .. aside from the fact that SMB2 is both more secure and gives better throughput performance, the comment is, just, wrong.

    Thanks for the award :)

Samba server is running on a Asus RT-AC68U router and SMBv2 is disabled by default because of CPU and the IO subsystem Asuswrt-Merlin 376.48 Beta 2 is out | SmallNetBuilder Forums

Anyway, I enabled a nfs share and I get better performance than samba.

Thanks, you are right, I get:

This mean in v8.1.1 C2 connected with SMBv1 protocol but in V8.1.2 samba was updated and not accept connections until protocol version is added to Options field?

I updated Odroid C2 from v8.1.1 to v8.1.2 and can't mount anymore cifs shares (from kodi menu I can mount shares but not with systemctl)

    I created /storage/.config/system.d/storage-Media.mount with:

When trying to mount I get

After downgrading to v8.1.1 it's working again

Hi, clean v8.1.5 install on Odroid C2 and I only get 100Mb/s lan, with original v8.1.0 LE I get 1000Mb/s, should I enable it somewhere?

I know that because ethernet led is green ODROID • View topic - Gigabit Ethernet Problem

Actually, I flashed LibreELEC-Odroid_XU3.arm-8.0-devel-20161004195217-r23907-gb0a1a38.img.gz on my XU4 and boot fine, but after showing LibreELEC logo I only get a blank image.
I open an issue here, and I hope someone read it.

    Unfortunately, no response.
    Nobody with a testing build?

To upgrade from LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.arm-8.0-rb-beta2b.tar to LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.arm-9.0-rb-alpha1.tar I only need this steps?

    Code
    touch /storage/.update/.nocompat
    cd /storage/.update/
    wget http://raybuntu.libreelec.tv/images/alpha/LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.arm-9.0-rb-alpha1.tar
    reboot

    After reboot just delete .tar?
    Thanks
