If your talking about the partition created at LE installation, it is called "Storage" check for it in File manager.
"Storage" is where your downloads will be saved in the downloads folder.
If you don't see "Storage" for whatever reason, in File manager you can "add source" then click "Browse" look for "Home folder" which has the exact same folders as "Storage",
or "Root filesystem" then you will see "Storage" near the bottom of the list.

Depending on which addon you use if they support download to a specific folder and you can also change and add folders for your libraries.

The folder I'm talking about is in the partition created by LE when creating the ad card , can I still access it through this option ?

First of all huge thanks to all the developers and supporters of LE , this is so far the fastest os for Kodi.
Wanted to check whether we have dual boot option when powering up the device like 'boot to LE' and 'boot to android' instead of plugging out the Sd card every time ?
I want sd card plugged all time, any thoughts appreciated
