You need to buy an Apple TV 4 / 4K if you want such frame rate matching/switching at an OS level for nearly all Apps like Netflix.

I´m using fast SD cards - today I compared a test installation on slow SD card -> slow SD card -> slow LE
Using internal memory for data is another option to speed up

Well, in order to test the ethnet led I had to unplug the ethernet cable, since when it was plugged, the ethernet icon was always on
I only disabled wired network in KODI settings - ethernet icon changed to wifi icon
I didn´t unplug the network cable

One Q. which command over SSH is for installing fd628 service?
No ssh.
It´s an addon from repository -> libreelec add-ons

I did not implement the 4k fix on purpose in 8.90.3 because it caused a problem for me with my TV Lkz204Z.jpgMy focus was testing the display using a development version devel-20180121004930-r27937-g2bfc164
Manually updateas requested to version 8.90.3 fixed the broken 4k with my TV -> Sony KD-55xd8505
Feel free to request more tests - this box only for testing
but only video/music playback etc. - can´t test netflix, IPTV, DVB-S2, tvheadend etc. -

Make sure to test each individual icon displays properly, play/pause/ethernet/wifi/usb, not sure how the clock icon is activated
Confirm:
Clock - shows current time
Wired network - icon ok
WiFi network - icon ok
Play - icon ok
Pause - icon ok

From the attached Android DTB, it looks like the GPIO pins are different, so the X92 DTB will not work for the display on the Veroke.
I adjusted the values according to the zip you attached, hopefully it'll work now, please try this DTB.
Confirm - lcd is working
But - 4k video playback is broken - only 1080p works

Update from version 8.2.2.3 to version 8.2.3.1 failed on my S912 box(Vorke Z6)
Fallback to version 8.2.2.3 OK

The problem is there is no one size fits all where the DTB is concerned, it appears to be different for each brand/model of box. I will look at your files provided when I get chance thanks.

Libreelec is not openelec - an old advancedsettings.xml from openelec will probably not work in LE
