Just removed the .kodi folder - renamed the .kodi_FAILED folder back to .kodi and rebooted and it immediately goes into safe mode without going through the boot loop at all.
When i look into .kodi_FAILED there's no crashlogs that have been created and the .kodi log's last update was from yesterday.
At a bit of a loss as to what to do next.

Hey - here's my log https://paste.kodi.tv/misevoxone.kodi
And the crashlog from the last time it was working https://paste.kodi.tv/ohazonizaf.kodi
I've been running some of the nightly builds and then suddenly i turn on my Intel NUC and find that its booted into safe mode, and there's no way i can get it back to the main install. I haven't changed anything so it feels quite strange as it's been working brilliantly. I downgraded back to 11.01 and i'm still getting the same error.
If anyone can help that'd be much appreciated. -
Couple questions.
I posted up yesterday in the official Kodi forum as my LE11 build seems to play HDR content which looks like it lacks that HDR pop i'd expect when compared to my TVs inbuilt player. My device is HDR compliant, and the file is not DV. My log file is in this forum post here
How best to tweak my video quality LG C9 (LibreElec 11) (kodi.tv)
Hoping to get some help and have a few questions answered also!
Will the above build potentially fix some of my issues and i'm keen to know how i can force bt2020.
Is there a list of work (DV outstanding) that needs to be completed for LE to be considered HDR complete ?
Do you know when there could be the next build posted?
Thanks again for all the work! -
I've just installed a pulse-eight adapter to my 10th gen NUC. I'm not sure if it's connected as i'm fairly sure i've saw these before but i've definitely noticed it more now.
On certain kodi components, certain videos i see these green artefacts, sometimes they pop in as pixels, other times like lines across the screen.Posting this here but given there are some videos i may never see it i'm thinking it could be a kodi issue but genuinely don't know at this stage. I've attached a video just for further info. The video is taken just from the kodi settings page.

Hey i've been messing around with Retroplayer and whilst its really good, lots of my rom collections are in big 7zip directories that it can't play.
I've been looking at scripts to bulk extract them all usingHowever 7zip isn't installed. Guessing because libreleec isn't like linux i can't just install from a repository and run a 7zip installer to help?
Ideally if i have the folder structure:
Games:Console A
--Game1.7z
--Game2.7z
--Game3.7z
Console B
--Game1.7z
--Game2.7z
--Game3.7z
I'm wanting my script to iterate through all my consoles, extract the zips into a directory of the same name and then delete the original file.
Any help is much appreciated. -
Awesome yep saw all the updates come through yesterday - looks like its fixed!

Bumping this a bit - Wondering if anyone knows ? I did a bit of googling and this error apparently could indicate something wrong with the buildbot

Hey i've been running nightlies on Librelec for the past month or so and haven't been able to get games to work at all. It used to work in the 19.3 final build but on 20 i'm getting :
2022-11-07 17:56:47.093 T:850 error <general>: Unable to load /storage/.kodi/addons/game.libretro/game.libretro.so.20.1.0, reason: /storage/.kodi/addons/game.libretro/game.libretro.so.20.1.0: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32
When i googled it looks like it could be something in the build process ?

Well for anyone else with these issues my fix was to backup my .kodi folder - do a fresh clean install and then restore using the kodi folder. None of the addons or anything had changed but it appeared to work.

Cool so made lots of progress this time using new box BXNUC10I3FNKN2.
Installation hung at 'migrating addons' as i was upgrading from LE10 - however then after restarting it now goes into Safe Mode. Coming out of same mode puts it into a boot loop but keen to see how this can be fixed.
Log attached below and any help much appreciated. Can confirm though that HDR10 files playing flawlessly, awesome work!

Do we have a list of confirmed devices that are classed as working ? Thinking it could be worth setting up some sort of matrix to help users decide which mini pcs could be best.
I had a ton of problems with the 11th gen I5 nuc so i'm today trying a 10th gen I3.

You can try to report the issue here - https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/intel/-/issues
A good alternative to NUC11 - https://www.acer.com/ac/de/AT/conte…ritonessentialn I use one of those as my main LE box.
Hey does this box have built in CEC - ideally if it did it'd feel like a really good NUC replacement
