I changed PKG_IS_ADDON to "yes" and executed: PROJECT=Generic ARCH=x86_64 ./scripts/create_addon unfs3
but i got:

i build libreelec for myself (branch libreelec-8.0).
My Question:
if later comes an update to 8.1 for example, is the update process the same as from the official builds, like from menu or stick??

I have only an extra package inside - nothing else is changed!
I dont want build it every time again.

i want to run Virtualbox inside docker image, but that requires Virtualbox drivers on the host.
can anyone help me to compile a libreelec build with vboxdrv module inside?
to run images like this :
vboxinsidedocker
i'm not a pro, but with a litte help i think it would be possible 
if there no way, a solution with kvm kernel modules would be also nice.

on my htpc i want to run virtualbox inside a docker image (for ugly Windows vms...). But this requires a running "vboxdrv" kernel module on host.
Is it possible to compile this extra module for your build? 
I think this would be a nice feature. Specifically for all, who want extra emulation and virtualization stuff... 
A working kvm in docker or something else, would be also ok. (needs another necessary module on host)
