How are you connecting to the TV? HDMI or composite video?
I would check the connection in the socket is OK and if Ok, then maybe try another cable, It sounds like LE is working properly and it is just your hardware that is at fault.Are you connecting by HDMI or through a DVI connector.
Have you tried another SD card with Raspbian? If so does that work?
Are you TV's old? As it could be a resolution issue.
As a starter add
hdmi_group=1
and
hdmi_mode=1to /flash/config.txt and reboot
See here on how to change config.txt Config.txt - LibreELEC
Going to try that! What exactly is Raspbian in comparison to libreELEC?

Hi guys!
My name is Nick, 26 years old and i'm from the Netherlands. Today i've received my first raspberry pi 3 model b (Jay
).
Everything was working out so far; i've used SDformatter to format the memory card and then i used the SD creator from this website to write the img file to the SD card.
At first everything looked okay. It displayed a few lines on my TV and then it counted down from 15 tot 0 and started rebooting. After the reboot i saw the 'boot' screen wich said: 'Just enough OS for Kodi'.
But then; Everything blacked out. I can actually hear the programm working (the bleep sounds from the menu), but i don't see a thing. I also tried it on my TV in my room, i've had the same problem there.
Does anyone here know what the problem is? Thx a lot in advance!
Nick
