micha47259 There is a memory leak in the official aarch64 builds. Thats why there are no official. I have that fix included in my community builds. My builds and also kszaq's builds use 32bit (arm) for userspace. There is no memory leak in those builds.
I use official base for my builds so you should have almost the same experience. You can switch to official once its fixed.
What difference is there using a 32bit user-space? Why 'should' I? (No problem - Just trying to work out the difference!)
The something is banned if it is not in kodi and libreelec repository ?
It's banned if it provides access to illegal sources (TV/Film) - E.x.o.d.u.s is one of those from a quick glance.

Thanks for these and helping with the fix Jester.
How can I go about rolling the EEE patch myself? (I've got some other changes I've made for testing at the moment) From what I can work out, It would have to be forking the linux-amlogic branch myself, adding the fix, then referencing that when building libreelec?
chewitt - For my own knowledge.... What triggers the LibreELEC addon repo to be updated? Is this a manual process by you guys?
I've got the dev build running for testing. Managed to build TVH manually aswell...
chewitt - Apologies. I've got a pretty unstable build on my WeTek Play 2 with a number of issues. I've not had much success in getting feedback on either this forum or the WeTek forum, but after scouring the web there appears to be both TVH and Kodi fixes in a 'dev' build that would at least improve that a bit... (Not a moan in the slightest - Everyones busy and has there own priorities!)
Look forward to the official beta and hopefully I can report back if this dev build's fixed some of the issues I've been seeing.
Is there a nightly build server for the various distro's?
I'm after the latest build for some testing with rc1 & latest TVH.
I've already got my machine building an older version just so I can confirm it matches the builds that Libreelec provide, but if there's a nightly server that saves me the resources
Bump. Any suggestions please?
Hello,
I'm using TVH with the latest alpha LibreELEC. It all works
But there's a minor annoyance I'm trying to fix RE: aspect ratio...
When I switch to a new channel, it starts off in 4:3, and then after a few seconds switches to 16:9 (Although, where the channel is already in 4:3 you don't really notice any difference). Can I 'set' a default somehow so that it defaults to 16:9 thus avoiding the annoying change on every channel?
Thanks!
Spent ages going through every single menu
Thanks for confirming it was there - Found it hidden under 'Advanced' which isn't enabled by default!
Thanks again
Hello!
In TVH I've got the channel numbers set - 100, 101, 102 etc.
However. Kodi is following the ordering from TVH and not the channel numbering (So channel 111 and 113 are seen as channels 11 and 12 which isnt quite what I'm after!)
I cant see a way of changing this - Any suggestions? (Running 7.90.010)
Howdy,
The CvH nightly builds appear to have stopped a few weeks back Any reason for that?
If its been stopped for the time being - Any chance anyone knows the command and parameters used to build it with so I can compile them for myself? Looking to compile for WeTek Play 2.
Sorry if this is a 'dumb' question...
But why would I use this as opposed to the 'official' build? I'm running 009 at present on a WeTEK Play 2 but considering this one as it appears to have a couple of issues.
