8.0 is working fine.
If you are writing an image (backup) to a disk, then you can just use the tools on how system to expand. (ie. resize2fs /dev/sdx2)
So this is working automatically? I need to run this one time, someone is writing my image to his pi.

fs-resize is a one time script that is run after a clean installation to fill the entire size of the /storage partition. it should never be run at any other time.
I have an image, which is preconfigured (no i do not want to use backup/restore). and i need to expand it automatically.
You should just say exactly what you want to do and why you want access to /usr/lib/libreelec
Need to change the fs-resize to also resize, when .kodi/.config/.cache exists.
You're looking at a virtual read-only filesystem that is uncompressed from /flash/SYSTEM on boot. It cannot be changed. If you need to add something either self-compile an LE image with changes or Google and learn how to bind-mount things.

Unfortunately i can't compile it without error in make file.
8.0 Is working fine.
Is there any known bug, compiling 7.0.2?
