I used the tvaddons.ag config wizard to install a bunch of addons but it seems but default they are all disabled after installing and I have to go in one by one and enable it before using. Is this normal for the new version of kodi?

Using Rpi2.The activity light on my remote is flashing very rapidly and the highlighted boxes on Kodi disappears and I can hear is the keys when moving up and down. Then it appears for a few seconds then goes away again. This has never happened on any other version. Most of the time in the past I was using openelec.
I can link a video if its easier that way.
