Unfortunately, Vitaliy makes img only for KI, i have KII. I have not found anywhere right DTB file for KII.
in those that I have found and tested, not working wifi, LE booting and work very slow, and neutrino will not start at all, only boot screen in rusian language 
You can try DVR, but I don't like it. It can be hardly faster, tvheadend uses server-client streaming, also Kodi is buffering data for smooth playback. All this thinks introduce delay.
You can find playback paradox. If you try play same channel locally and remote in you pc (vlc is able play .m3u created by tvheadend web interface), playback in your pc is little bit ahead.

Is there any other easier and mainly faster DVB-S client for LE platform?
