i checked with w_scan and it can't find any channels. it finds frequences with muxes but fails to get channels from them. Same thing on windows, but with dvb-t(2) it works
-
T230c doesn't work out of the box with LibreELEC. Is necessary to install LibreELEC DVB Drivers CrazyCat.
Totosse, MyGiga T230c is VERY GOOD stick, probably is the best low price stick for DVB-C and DVB-T. I think your problem with this stick is configuration of your network, not stick itself.
It's posible that one stick can work great and one can't. I tried to use w_scan and windows apps and my stick fails to find any channel. So i can't confirm it is very good.

sadly i can't find anything besides t230c and astrometa v1 or v2
-
I actually decided to give up on mygica t230c and i would like to ask if i buy astrometa v1 will it be stable with qam256 dvb-c?

Did you enter your network ID in DVB inputs > Networks ? Network discovery set to on ? Then Force Scan. It should pick up the muxes automatically, so no need to enter muxes manually.
IIRC, it took a good while for the muxes to show up in tvheadend after initiating the scan and possibly took overnight.
network id is set for 0, network discovery is on. forcescan only makes my scan active for 2-3 secs then it goes back to idle

just checked dvb-t. works in windows, doesn't work in vdr or tvheadend
+on windows signal strengh drop to 0 every 2-10 secs for ten mins then go stable for like 4-5 then drops every 2-10 secs again -
-
then it is most likely an settings error at Tvh, could you try if it works with VDR ? (to ensure that the driver is not the problem) ?
VDR finds 6 channels out of 200+, this channels also can be found by tv without dvb-c support

He said it works with 256
i tried to change different settings without result. only found out that annex_c doesn't work at all (426MHz in inter - tuning on Silicon Labs Si2168 : DVB-C #02016-12-05 15:03:04.000 linuxdvb: Silicon Labs Si2168 : DVB-C #0 - failed to tune [e=Invalid argument])

yes there its activated i guess (i have to say i had not tested this image at all)
thanks for help
there's only CrazyCat drivers. Guess i have to wait for stable release (but how long?) -
pls wait for an proper 7.90.009 version (a lot changes), also the 230c is still not full supported at the ljalves-CC drivers - this drivers did you activated yes ?
what do you mean activate? if in dvb driver configurator i only have CC
-
Generic LE 7.90.007 ljalves-CC + DDDVB (the other stuff didn't compile) BUT 100% untested, I post it because I don't know if I am able to test it tomorrow.I installed this version but my tv adapters folder in tvheadend is still empty
i have 230c
