Configured now with the fresh LE and all fine. Streams eg PVR starts now immediately (before it takes 5-10sec).
Watchdog addon works now again. No crash or other glitches.

Ok, quick test with a fresh LibreElec 9.1.502 (reset per LE settings) and it works!
so it seems not hardware related.
nope, a test_file.mkv from local storage.
Here another one from the LibreElec settings export: hastebin
Row 4211 > test_file.mkv
Strange, no error message or anything related to the mkv! I will try now to make a backup and then reset the LibreElec.
Hope anyone can bring some light here..
kodi.old.log -> hastebin
Cirque du Soleil - Kurios Cabinet of Curiosities.mkv
Ok, here now without these 2 banned .. SRY!
Has deleted the orange marks, restarted, enabled debug log with some specific components, restarted, waited 2 minutes and then started a .mkv = crash with restart. Then exported the log via ssh.
I know the rules but didn't know which repro and addon?
I definitely doesn't stream illegal content or similar stuff! Any hint please..
Is this the list? https://kodi.wiki/view/official:forum_rules/banned_add-ons
Hi,
don't know whats going on here. It runs absolutely fine last weeks. And now if i start a mkv or mp4 = instant reboot!
It doesn't matter if the vid comes from nfs, smb or local storage.
PVR (streams per .m3u) are running fine 1-2 minutes and then crash with reboot.
Music streaming or local files = crash with reboot after 1-2 minutes
What i tried to solve this issue is:
MMAL disabled
removed advancedsettings.xml, sources.xml, mediasources.xml
flashed LibreELEC-RPi4.arm-9.1.502.img.gz
Passtrough disabled
Docker addon disabled
Temp is 53°, Power is 3.2A USB Adapter.
Debug log with some specific components logging active -> hastebin
dmesg log -> hastebin
No problem with Bluetooth and my Phillips BT headphones!
You can try to disable the internal Bluetooth controller and connect a modern BT Controller Stick via USB.
If there same problems then its not the BT controller connection/signal.
I has the same audio glitches/async/drop offs on my RPi3 with LibreElec 18. I disabled the internal Bluetooth chip and using a modern USB Bluetooth v5 stick. Since no more problems with audio!
Use the Audio Profiles addon on Leia, works well with latest beta1!
Audio Profiles - Easy switch between different audio settings
Nice, can't wait for the next LibreElec betas (sry for ot):
VC4 and V3D OpenGL drivers for Raspberry Pi: an update - Raspberry Pi
OpenGL ES 3.1 with compute shader in hardware.

Ok, after the #0530 update PVR Client is working now again!
Kodi v19 tells me IPTV client 3.5.7.3 is outdated.
Found this one
Releases · kodi-pvr/pvr.iptvsimple · GitHub
But i'm too noob to build one for LibreElec (RPi3).
Doesn't find a PVR IPTV Simple Client v4.0.0.0 for LibreElec Milhouse #0528 (Kodi v19 Matrix).
Not yet ready and i must wait?
Ok, after delete my paired headphone and re-paired it all ok now. Sry for my maybe rude question about auto connect bt devices !!
Headphone gets connected automatically (10-20sek).
Now i must fix the udev.rules.d auto profil addon change...
