I just wonder if there is an addon which has proximity detection? I want my screen to be locked with a password when I'm not there and unlock when I'm nearby.
I had something similar in Gnome. Is anybody tried or working with it?

I have a Asrock 330 ION, which can play 1080p flawless with VDPAU. However,
Graphic encoding does not engage at 1080p web streams, like SALTS and youtube. 100% cpu usage and it lags. 1080p works great over local network.
I first read it could be a heat issue and the GPU would throttle and it will use CPU instead, but I have monitored the temp for both CPU and GPU and it's not over 43c. I have upgraded cooling.
I have tried different acceleration options in the menu but it hasn't helped.
My question is: Why does it use hardware acceleration on 720p but not 1080p web streams?
