Do you have sync playback to display enabled?
That would cause 24fps video to be sped up to 25fps to maintain smooth video on 50Hz display.
Yes, this option is enabled for me... Disable them?

I have the following problem, on my RASPBERRY PI 3, configure libreelec (config.txt) to display the video with the following command (sdtv_mode = 2 to force PAL) and when applied, when viewing a video, it is accelerated both sound and image. The video played to approximately 1.15 times normal speed. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
