If you install an android app like cpu-z it will show the chipset, you then might have luck finding the correct firmware.

Freaktab is a good place to ask about firmware

have you tried using the reset switch, if there is one, have you tried other device trees?

personally, I use rufus to create the image.

IF, you are happy with it, you can install to nand, it will save you buying a sd card.

The UI will run quicker on nand

You will lose android though

In libreelec, go to settings, system, display, calibration, video calibration

or, play a movie, press ok, go along to video, then adjust pixel size

For audio, go to settings, system, audio

Use Clonezilla live cd to clone the new drive, then use gparted to expand the main partition.

I'm not sure if I am allowed to make suggestions, but a box with S905 chip is regarded as better, but you can't get that, you will probably only be able to get S905X.

I have a Beelink Mini III with S905, Gearbest do a Beelink MiniIII S905X

Iv'e seen that on my NUC. the image hasn't been created correctly. I would try another sd card, or a usb stick. If I remember correctly I had trouble with a micro sd card, on my H96 Pro. so I use a sub stick)

download the *.img.gz from Index of /s912/8.2/8.1.1/

burn this using rufus to a micro sd or usb

then download the device tree from Index of /s912/8.2/device_trees/ choose 1Gbit, then download gxm_q200_3G.dtb

Stick the usb or microsd card into a pc, there will be a dtb file, delete this, then copy the gxm_q200_3G file to the sd card, then rename it to, dtb.img note you must have your pc showing file extensions.

You should get a warning about the file extension changing & might not work.

Insert card or usb, note try all usb ports if using usb.
