This will vary from skin to skin. I use Titan for krypton beta

Skin Settings, Configure shortcuts, Customize power menu, Add, Change Action, Custom item, then type in System.ExecWait("/usr/sbin/rebootfromnand")

Then set label, call it whatever, reboot to nand, reboot to internal, Reboot to Android.

Set Thumbnail, & select an icon or whatever you want.

Hopefully that is correct, I did find it was slow to reboot. So give it time

Have you installed to internal? It might speed it up

From what I can remember, & it was some time ago, I just looked at the original conf in notepad++ I then replaced the code for a particular button press with the code that came out on ssh

when you installed to internal, you overwrote android, you need to get the correct android firmware & install that, possibly using the burning tool.

I don't know about long presses. I assume you have a cheap basic remote, does it have long presses?

Just run putty, log in, press the buttons, while watching the tv to see what it does. Look at the windows on the pc to see the code. It's all in the instructions.

Have you looked at the remote repository thread to see if the same remote as yours has been uploaded?

What device do you have? can you see the device remote in the remote thread?

I had the same problem as you, I had to create my own.

Try other remote conf from that thread or make your own.

I wrote this some time ago.

First of all. When booted into android, using an app (WiFi Droid) I logged in remotely. I copied the complete remote file from \etc\remote.conf

In there you will see several different remote confs. You need the “group” which has the factory code for your remote.

To find your factory remote I followed the guide by Ippon Create remote.conf from scratch - Amlogic - LibreELEC Forum

You then place the remote.conf you have created in \storage\config

Do not delete the existing remote conf, just rename it.

Try using different remote conf already created in the remote thread
