no they do not work the same. the LibreELEC backup saves LibreELEC specific things (ssh keys, LibreELEC settings, etc)

yes, it needs qt libs as well. I thought I may be able to run teamviewerd via the provided systemd service but no bueno. I was not able to connect to it via an ip address when the daemon was running.

are you calling the add-on from within kodi? because kodi will append the python path automatically, if not you need to append the python path manuall.

It's working just like it should, however, your network is being brought down again when kodi starts. I'm not sure why that is happening. I'll have to check on my odroid c2 to see if I experience the same thing.

With the video OSD go to the video settings (the film reel looking icon in the first screens hot) and change the view mode

Try

ethtool -s net0 wol g

If that works you can set it in autostart.sh
