It's possible that the bluetooth headphones don't accept the audio type that is being sent so pulseaudio has to transcode/resample the audio to a different format.
Check the sample rate of the audio, check the possible sample rates accepted by the headphones. This can be done using kodi. After the headphones are paired, use an ssh session and restart kodi, then try and play a file, and then get a debug log.

I using LibreELEC 7.0.2 with RPi 2 and the poor audio output from the HDMI output.
In order to improve the quality of sound I purchased the PiFi DAC v2.0. This seems to be a Chinese clone of the HiFiBerry DAC Plus.
I wish to seek your advice on how I can enable the PiFi DAC to work with the RPi 2 and channel the analog audio output to my audio system.

These builds are dead now. Retroplayer has been merged into kodi master so soonish (a couple weeks) retroplayer will be built into LibreELEC master and into LibreELEC 9.0

If you are writing an image (backup) to a disk, then you can just use the tools on how system to expand. (ie. resize2fs /dev/sdx2)

fs-resize is a one time script that is run after a clean installation to fill the entire size of the /storage partition. it should never be run at any other time.
