there is no prompt, it should be done in the window that you setup your sources.

specifically this photo,
Did you pair the controller using the LibreELEC settings addon?
Did you try using the gui?
I've used it with my Odroid_C2 succcessfully, I don't remember any flickering.

EDIT: You will have to be using the latest alpha build for SPI to work, which currently is 7.90.010
Can you update to 7.90.010 and try again?
skip the arduino and drive the ws2801 LED's directly using SPI
Vdpau is disabled in the kodi settings. You might have to set the settings level to expert to see it.
Can you tell me how much ram you have available?
Can you upload the entire log zipfile?
check the debug log.
HiWanted a feature request which would be very easy to implement and take Libreelec miles ahead.
During installation of kodi wizard setup area for additional packages a user can choose to install. Example youtube app and Google Chrome from Linux side .. the kodi addon for both of these don't function too well. Having those along with other packages like Facebook app netflix etc.. would allow users to use libre electric solely on their HTPC .. as opposed to rebooting into android or other native apps that gives them easy capabilities.
Thank you for your time..
What? I think you are confusing Android and Linux.
There is no native netflix, youtube, or facebook app for linux. Chromium is only available for x86 hardware (on LibreELEC).
So no, that won't happen. The Kodi YouTube add-on is great. I use it everyday.

Can you make a bug report on kodi trac? Include your log file, and possibly a snipet of the video you are trying to play.
Won't work, amazon broke it about a month ago. People are working to fix it.
Isn't this the easiest option?
Is it available for all platforms?
No, only for Generic
