When you are at the debug shell you can try mounting the storage partition manually to /sysroot, something like

mount -t nfs 192.168.1.100:/mnt/tank/libreelec/ /sysroot

then just exit by typing

exit

Then it should continue the boot (maybe)

remove your autostart.sh

name your config lircd.conf
and put it in /storage/.config/lircd.conf

reboot.

then see if it's working, if not try using irrecord to make a new lircd.conf

You will have to enable the option in kodi to show hidden files and folders.

The easier option is just to put autoexec.py in the userdata SMB share.
