Yes, most likely you can.

Yes and Yes

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure that "root=" came w/the distro.
So what exactly should my cmdline.txt be now? I've changed parameters so many times I don't know what it should be now. If I'm still debugging, what do I do when I get the command-line?
It's boot, see LibreELEC.tv/init at master · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub
When you are at the debug shell you can try mounting the storage partition manually to /sysroot, something like
then just exit by typing
Then it should continue the boot (maybe) -
Thanks for the suggestion, I've set it up to use the hotplug frequency governor. Hopefully that fixes it. I'm hoping the Wetek Core and (1st gen) Play boxes get a kernel update at some point, as the kernel version used on them are way behind the one in the x86 builds. It's not possible as there is no mainline kernel support for these devices.

What's the point?

Enable the option "wait for Network" in the LibreELEC settings add-on.

You probably had the 32bit version of Windows on the machine. We only support 64bit CPUs.
-
No idea what that is.
I don't know why Dropbox.com is listed as we don't use it at all.
Probably need a bit more information about your setup, version, etc.

What exactly didn't connect? A mysql library or just the nfs or smb connection?

remove your autostart.sh
name your config lircd.conf
and put it in /storage/.config/lircd.confreboot.
then see if it's working, if not try using irrecord to make a new lircd.conf

So how does one access this "on-screen context"?
It seems to be a hidden feature. F1 does nothing, "H" brings up information about a PVR, Right click on mouse does nothing. "?" does nothingIt's at the bottom of the screen.

Ok, Thanks again for your help
If you could get me a kodi debug log that would help solve the issue.

Thanks lrusak! I got it configured.
[hr]So, after adding the URL and changing the update channel to my custom channel. Now, within LibreELEC's Configuration addon, the System setting are empty. Any ideas?
It's a bug
-
It needs to be called releases.json
See, service.libreelec.settings/system.py at master · LibreELEC/service.libreelec.settings · GitHub

Sorry if someone is offended. I'm not here to insult anyone.
-
It's being looked into. Thanks.

You will have to enable the option in kodi to show hidden files and folders.
The easier option is just to put autoexec.py in the userdata SMB share.
