The 32bit and 64bit USB-SD creator program is only depends on which hardware you are running that program.
LibreELEC itself is only available for 64bit.

This was a procedure after an interrupted migration! If everything works fine (start/restart never fails) it's ok then. Of course you need this DB it's V8, as well as MyMusic60 ...As a result of an interrupted migration process (I didn't expect it working so long for my database), I got these databases too, but not in the final state, that's why I could never establish a connection to the mysql environment.
So you decided to ignore the database upgrade message which resulted in a corrupt database and you are blaming us?
We are trying to work with you here, not against you.
Typically the problem with mysql is slow Network equipment causing the network to be established after kodi has started. If you have a fast Network there shouldn't be any issue.
Yes. Just use the same repo and the arch will be auto detected
A special build is required.
Search for @piostrasd
You can do it using docker.
When he keyboard is off press and hold the power button on the keyboard until the LEDs start flashing. Then select the keyboard in the LibreELEC bluetooth menu and go through the pairing process.

Don't unpack the tar. Just copy the entire tar file.
Yes, I can confirm that OSMC (Kodi) does sync reliably with NTP servers at boot time.First line when booting OSMC: " [Ok] Started Set Time using HTTP query "
This is a first after trying several distros over the years.
But you must use the default Kodi skin (Estuary) or you won't see the Add-ons menu (hidden).
Can anyone confirm if LibreELEC syncs reliably with NTP servers at boot time on a Raspberry Pi 2/3? (lost a card in the process)
I have no problems getting the correct time.
ntp is done through connman not through ntpd itself.
Thanks Guys
On LibreELEC 8.0 you have to map a controller using the controller configuration gui before you can use the controller
Set your tv picture mode to "just scan", "16:9" or similar.
Use exfat or ext4.
Exfat will be easier as it's supported in osx and windows as well.
Yea but how future proof is it? What's to stop Netflix etc from blocking it?
Nothing really. It could break at any moment.
there is no way to modify the size on install or does it use a script? that may be a good thing to add in the future. if I reinstall will the partition that is holding the OS be larger that 512? I wanted to make it like GBs so I could install more addons. it shows that the 2nd partitioned is there. but is it just going to be waited space?
512MB is just the system partition. The storage partition will expand to fill the rest of the Disk.
The partition should be expanded upon initial boot. I'd suggest reinstalling and letting the initial boot finish completely.
Yes you are correct. The USB creator will create a usb stick that you plug into your NUC then it will install LibreELEC to the SSD.
Works ok for me. I didn't touch anything in the area so it shouldn't be any different. Make sure you are actually writting the correct file to the correct location and reading from that location. Here is the stock config that should appear, GOJM
Install from repo -> LibreELEC add-ons repo -> services -> tvheadend
