Why does the the USB-SD Creator need to make a partition on the USB stick or SD card when run from windows.
It doesn't appear that Windows is capable of working with partitions on these types of devices.To make the tool user friendly could the windows USB-SD Creator tool be programmed with the abillity to reclaim the USB stick or SD card for use in windows (i.e. unpartition for dummies)
You can just right click on the drive in windows and select format to wipe the drive.
Why would you want to send stuff from LibreELEC? Surely you'd want to send stuff to LibreELEC?

Just an FYI, we offer the scripts to make the releases.json file that you need. It may need minor modification but it's what we use. It calculates the sizes and hashes also.

You don't need putty on a Mac, just open the terminal and you can use ssh directly

You have to map the controller in the controller configuration gui before you can use it.

Yes, use the backup and restore function. The backup contains your entire ~/.kodi folder and some other bits and pieces.
My RPi2 is rather quick, but I only have a limited set of add-ons installed.

Most likely that is because kodi comes up before his network is available.

You have to select the button with a controller/keyboard that is working first. Then press the button on the controller that you want to map it to.
