The system partitions is too small. Either resize it (if you know how) or just do a backup and do a fresh installation.

So you're saying that you're able to use OMXPlayer with a HiFiBerry HAT (or clone) installed without the need of ALSA? You would be the first to accomplish that.No I'm not saying that. You didn't specify the use of a hat
for a hat you have to load the dtoverlay which auto loads the required alsa modules.

OMXPlayer supports ALSA for some time now [omxplayer -o alsa yourvideofile] but it hasn't been implemented on LibreELEC yet.
I agree that MMAL works fine, but using OMXPlayer still has its advantage. CPU usage will decrease so your RPi3 has spare cycles to compute other things. Will this be implemented in the future?
No
On the rpi kodi uses an RPI specific audio sink device so alsa isn't even needed at all.

Where is this reported? Are you sure Kodi isn't just saying that it is connected to hdmi1 on the HTPC?

Please turn on debug logging and then play a video and post a new log

You should be prompted with a pin entry if you try to pair the device.

Hello,I have the same problem with my raspberry PI 2 "Kodi stops, shows a black screen and restarts", and I just installed yesterday the "LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-8.0.1.img" with in KODI 17.1, any of you know how to fix the problem?
Thank you.
Post a debug log and a crash log please

You don't need pip, kodi provides those python modules. The addon (if done properly) should automatically pull the needed modules.

LE works with QEMU and for 8.0 there's a dedicated image for vmware (Virtual) but I'm not sure anyone has tested KVM. If it works, great. If it doesn't work, it's up to you to fix itKVM+QEMU is usually how it works.
OP, yes it works with passthrough, multiple people have already tested it.

I'd suggest you use hypercon to make the config file

Yersterday 8.0.1 lost sound after some components update. How to check why did this happen? The OS is updated as a whole. So individual components cannot be updated (other than kodi add-ons).
Post a kodi debug log.

I see your point now.
I installed ****** this repo is forbidden see Banned Add-Ons. In it, there is International Addons. In there, I enabled some from countries, i.e. China, France, Germany, etc. Also, I installed LihatTV repo to stream the Indonesian news channels. Are these all illegal?
Yes

I don't use VDR, TVHeadEnd, nor IPTV. All I do is to watch some live TV streams from Australia, China, France, Indonesia, etc., and record them for VoD so other home members can watch the news at a later time. Is this activity considered illegal?
Depends where these streams come from. The way you make it sound makes it sound illegal.

On my Raspberry Pi B, pulseaudio doesn't work. Alsa does not works when Pulseaudio is installed. I completely remove it
No other solution?
Otherwise I will be tried a new install of raspbian.Just use pulseaudio on both systems.

see, /usr/share/kodi/system/playercorefactory.xml
also, you can create your own file here, /storage/.kodi/userdata/playercorefactory.xml
-
This can be done using pulseaudio
