There is no official support for HDR on x86 machines at this time. There is some unofficial support currently that you can find on these forums. Just something to keep in mind.

You would have to do it manually as the installer doesn't let you do such a thing.
You could either manually create the partitions and installations or you could install to one drive, then format the other driver and update the partition UUID in the bootloader.

Kodi itself can be a UPNP server.

the RPi4 cannot HW decode when playing netflix. So HW decoding 1080P H264 may be at it's limits.

I would advise you not to use the headphone jack. It is known that it has poor audio quality.

What annoys me is that I cannot find / there is a log of the execution to at least check what was output during the execution.
Logs are found here (or similar)
build.LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-10.0-devel/.threads/logs/

Am I right that this build might possibly work also on NUC7i5BNK now since LSPCON drivers are available in the Linux kernel now?
try it and see.

changing the volume in kodi will change the volume of pulseaudio which will change the volume of the hw (if available). Why do you want to do it directly?
Updating pulseaudio will require recompiling LibreELEC.

It's unlikely any other out of tree realtek drivers will be added. We have made this statement for some time.
Realtek seems to introduce a new driver for each line of chipsets and it becomes unmanageable to make it work for all of them. We typically recommend someone wanting to use some obscure realtek driver to compile their own version of LibreELEC with the driver included.

You don't need to install the System tools add-on, you can just use nano instead of mcedit
