It doesn't have any hardware accelerated video decode at all. 1080P is a no op. 720P is probably difficult also.

possibly in the future. However busybox mount does not support nfsv4 so it would require switching to util-linux and adding nfs-utils which isn't really desired at the moment.

Basically ALSA is better in every way in terms of LibreELEC. We currently only use pulseaudio for bluetooth audio devices. It takes manual intervention to change this and you have to know what you are doing.
