Ok, tried it but exactly the same message: "missing kernel or system"

For an Intel based box you need to use LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-7.0.2.tarThanks!

Hi, sure I've dowloaded the wrong file, LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-7.0.2.tar fors Raspberry Pi I presume...
I've seen this on the wiki, Manual Update / Migration from OpenELEC (.tar) but haven't seen that this was only for the Raspberry Pi . So I have Intel based PC and I could not find a file for my system. I try to migrate from the latest available release of OE 6.03 I think.

Trying to migrate from Openelec, putting the rar file (130Mb) in the update directory, I restart, get the message find new update, unzipping, and then got this message "missing kernel or system".
Did I miss a point? Thanks, Chris -
Thanks for the quick answer. By the way, any optimization I could do in the Bios before? Chris

Hi, using till now Openelec, I want to reinstall LibreElec from scratch, in order to have a clean install. I will put a SSD 30GB disk. My USB stick is ready with the image. My PC is an Intel based CPU. Just one question, do I format my SSD drive in NTFS? Or what will be the most appropriate option?
Thanks, Chris
