Is it possible to watch Netflix at 1080p or do you need to have a box with some kind of Widvine license or hardware?

LibreELEC works really well for playing master audio tracks on video files.
Were Kodi 16.1, 17 beta 3 and SMPC failed, the Kodi version on LibreELEC worked fine!
