Yep, Pi doesn't sports an hw decoder for anything over H.264 8bit, but
- HEVC 8bit, which isn't supported too, works fine with sw decoder
- on the last LibreELEC stable v7.02 all the files are played without a hitch

maybe it's just a kodi thing

I'm trying this version on a Raspberry Pi 3 board, when playing an HEVC 8bit file all is fine, but with 10bit or 12bit files Kodi doesn't show nothing, just the gui looks a bit darken, but audio works.
