Hello World LibreELEC 12.2 works out of the box on bpi-m5 amlogic. I hear sound coming out of my HDMI monitor speakers. It works, I love it, it's magic, the magic being chewitt balbes150 superna9999 hyphop etc and crew. So far I figured out I don't need to do a dtb overlay, toddr etc status okay. My OS is Debian Bookworm my live-build sysvinit xorg toram then on the fly I install xinit icewm l3afpad running GTK+ 2 and firefox-esr. I don't pulse and pipe and have alsa-topology-conf alsa-ucm-conf alsa-utils installed, and don't have libasound2-plugins installed because with dependencies is 142MB. I've tried to get sound through 3.5 JACK and or HDMI but alsa pipe silent could be a bit or a byte and no error messages. aplay -l works in user on SanDisk 016G msata but not in user in mirror OS toram, weird, works in root and I'm not a sudo user. Please help me setup a pristine alsa conf and perhaps we can create a nice doc here. 2nd, what does LibraELEC think about having a aarch64 browser, perhaps akin to Porteus Kiosk handy. I am 59 years old no computer classes at school, 5 o levels, from Toshiba 233 MHz Red Hat 6 to Debian and many toram distro's from sysresccd to present. From VIA Mini-ITX intel atom asrock bmax dived into arm64 on Khadas VIM1 then S905X3. 5 volts glamping feeding the pet chickens.
