perhaps I'm just stupid (good chance of that being the case) but i can't figure out how to use docker for the life of me is there a simple explanation (seems to be very few simple explanations when it comes to linux) of how to get a docker image working (P.S. I'm on LibreElec on a raspberry Pi 3 B)

I'm new to ELEC and particularly LibreELEC. lately I've ordered a batch of Raspberry Pis (One for each room for a total of 4) the one in my living room being where my content drives are actually connected (via USB) while i could always use a PC on my network and samba I'd rather have all downloads happening on the actual system that the drives are connected to, so is it possible to install transmission-daemon to LibreELEC (I noticed the inconvinience of no apt support in LibreELEC)?
