I know this thread is old, but I wanted to report that this build works great on a "VUVA" Mini M1 that I found in a thrift shop earlier this year.

I opened this up and it has a sticker on it that says "LWJ-ALD-RK3299" and "-2+16G-8703". There's a second sticker that says "SWE20170819086" and "RK3229". So I guess the RK3299 was a typo. When I got it was running mostly-stock Android 6.0.1 and rebooting spontaneously, so I was looking for ways to do something else with this.
I put the build on an old 2GB SD card and it booted right up into Kodi/LibreELEC setup. No spontaneous reboots and everything is working great.
