ilmich Yes only black screen, i did not even try to ssh in to it so cant really tell you more.

i have tried these two images, and both of them were just on the blackscreen

I am happy to try a bit more if its helpful for you guys , but i am really dont want you to spend some extra time because i have some problems with these images on my old school TV BOX which probably no one else is using
I just find this box somewhere really cheap and decided to play with it installing Armbian and Libreelec to learn something new . First it was meant to run just a pihole and now its running Librelec 12.2 , jellyfin and pihole+unbound with Docker containers so i am more then happy
i am unable to boot from sdcard for some reason (in armbian forums i read some devices just wont do it ) ..so i am always flashing straight to emmc with rkdevtool which makes it a bit more complicated.

I realized my test was completely useless so i just flashed
LibreELEC-RK3328.aarch64-13.0-nightly-20250930-54b9dc3-a1.img.gz
But it did not boot , sorry i have no uart so i cant tell you anything else about it.

I gave it a try today and so far so good, it booted without problems LAN is working , wifi and BT is not detected but it was before also and i had same with armbian .. i never tried to look for some drivers as i am happy with the LAN

Hw dec is working as i played some 1080 video without any problem, 4K not really but i guess thats expected with this tv box.

Btw i made a image backup of my previous installation so i can go back to it if its something wrong here.

I will try to use this in the next days and see how it goes . If i could provide some more info for you pls let me know.

Hello chewitt , would you be interested in a test on an older TV box with the RK3328 ? I’m new to LibreELEC, but I recently flashed LibreELEC-RK3328.aarch64-12.2.0-a1.img.gz onto my H96 MAX H2 (RK3328). I was surprised that it worked. I’ve been using it in last few weeks and would be happy to do more testing if it would be useful for you. And thanks a lot for LibreELEC ! .
I used to run XBMC on my Xbox 1 and its really cool to run it again.
