Hi, I'm having the same issue: LibreELEC 12.2.0 on RPi4B 2GB in an Argon One case with a cooling fan connected to 4k TV, res set to 1080p@60Hz, audio pass through on. At first, I thought it was a thermal throttling issue, but the case is cool and LibreELEC shows the temperature at around 45°C. The videos—regardless of size, format, or codec—become choppy after about 25 minutes of watching.
