Yes, you are right; it seems to be exactly this problem. But after reading this briefly, I think the issue is still there in the current version. I must check again to see if I have all the updates.

Oh, sorry, you're right. My mistake. I forgot to look for a section where this or other plugins are discussed.
It is a problme with teh Ampache plugin.
So the best is to close this here and I will look on kodi nerds for the Plugin.
Hello, every time I try to select music by open a album in the directory Albums there are no albums shown. But I know there are min. 130 albums in.
I use Ampache plugin against my Nextcloud version 31 with the music plugin.
Any idea what went wrong?
Hello, I am new here and am having an issue with the Ampache add-on.
Whenever I try to play a music track, my whole system crashes.
My music is self-hosted on a Nextcloud instance.
This means that I use the Music app within Nextcloud and access my music via the Ampache interface.
I use a self-signed certificate.
I have deactivated the use of SSL certificates in the Kodi Ampache add-on.
However, the certificate is apparently still evaluated, and the whole system crashes.
