I have installed LibreELEC 12.0 on a N100 miniPC. I have access to Kodi repository, but cannot enter LibreELEC Add-ons repository at all, says "Could not connect to repository". My IP is xxx.xxx.193.68.

curl: (28) Failed to connect to addons.libreelec.tv port 443 after 132896 ms: Couldn't connect to server
But over VPN all works! Do You apply restrictions by geolocation?
