I recorded the image on a USB flash drive, checked, everything starts and works on my Rock 5b

I haven't been able to get any builds after 20240824 to post on my Rock Pi 5B. 20240824 itself works, as does 20240607, but none of the later builds (October-December) work. I've tried flashing my SD card with Popsicle, Raspberry Pi Imager, and Balena Etcher. Has anyone else been able to get the newer builds working?
